All of the District QT have been sent out and are now open.

Please feel free to use them as you wish.

Deadline to submit Ranking Orders in your PERSONAL QTs is Thursday, March 12th at 8pm Forum Time.

Once the Ranking Orders are submitted we will close all QTs for a brief period (24 hours or less). During that time we will post elaborations on the Draft and the Drafting Process. When the QTs open back up, we will begin the Drafting Phase.

You are doing a great service to the Capitol. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Congratulations Tributes... after a... long Training Phase, we are now ready to open the arena.

The Arena will be opening tomorrow evening as planned.

Please be sure to remember that any talk of the Ranking Order will be punished with removal from the arena (or anything that the mods find necessary). If you have questions regarding the posting restriction, you are urged to ask in your private QT first before saying anything in the public game thread.
This rule will be strictly enforced.

If you have not done so already, please confirm the receipt of your draft picks in your personal QTs ASAP

Welcome Tributes... to the first annual FDS Mafia Hunger Games!

Shortly you will be raised into the Arena that has been prepared for this year's Games. You will be... contending... against your fellow Tributes to earn honor for your faction. There will assuredly be fun, adventure, grief... and surprises, as the games continue.

Make no mistake however - this is of course a battle of survival... and only the most worthy will leave this Arena.

That being said, you should know who you are competing against. So without further adieu, allow us to present the players and the districts they represent!

Their District is known for their advanced skills surrounding supplying, preparing, and caring for marine life... of course at the expense of the Capitol. While District 4 is not known for its excellence in combat, these tributes have more than proven to be something to be considered a threat in their training so far.

Do you like sleeping warm at night under your blanket. Do you enjoy a hammock swing from time to time? Do you use rope, string, patches? Of course you do! We all do! Even us here in the Capitol! And we have no one to thank for that other than the residents of District 8! They have more than proven their ability to move quickly with a needle though, so I would be wary of our Tributes from this District.

Hi hi hi hi! Oh, I’ve missed y’all! Especially some of the fold for whom it’s been awhile...you’ve been missed.

Swan, Galzy...the flavor is awesome. The tribute roll out was super cool.

As far as reads in my district-mate. Y’all know ADK is cagey as all get out. I don’t have read on them at all. Now, admittedly, the QT time was when crazy crazy covid things were happening to my job and my life with dramatic swings every day or do, so I was kind of distracted. Now that we’ve settled into quarantine for safety mode, things will calm down. (I am already stir crazy and it’s only been 5 days! And this is supposed to last weeks?!) anyway, I usually read them better once I can see them play, so I should have a better opinion later.

Lekkit is new to me. Any insights?

i'm glad i checked the thread; i wanted to make this statement early:

I did not get my item in the first round of drafting.

I don't think it's a good idea for anyone else to claim whether they got an item in the first round of drafting.
