My feeling about Shraeye at this point is that he has claimed a killing ability, his story has holes in it and, by his own admission, he doesn't have pro-town motives. So I still favor his lynch for today.

I dunno. I can only theorize weird scenarios, the ability to use those scenarios to make a case on someone is limited.

If it happens after the lynch, that could be a reason not to lynch you. I wasn't suggesting you would do it if you were lynched. So when does it take place?

It increases his credibility, in addition to being consistent with a role that could decide to make allegiance to town or bad guys.

But his having a killing power is NOT consistent with typical survivor roles. And the day/night skip is pretty swingy. I still want to hear more about this Shraeye-enemy relationship. If Shraeye can do this, what can his enemy do?

Also the enemy thing seems odd. Maybe it's the effect of paraphrasing,  but it's vague and it doesn't seem like there is much point in him knowing about it except for the selective vig. How could he possibly know who to shoot?

You and me are on the same page.  I feel like my PM is a riddle that ash really wanted me to solve, but I haven't.  I've hypothesized that a mirror role of mine could exist / couldn't exist / probably also has a kill / couldn't have a kill or I'm just too shitty of a role / or that I'm misreading things entirely one way or another.

My thought was that 2 actions targeting him is a really low threshold for dying.

These are exactly my thoughts as well.  I don't see how you and me thinking this is a big drawback makes me a good lynch target?

Shraeye could be the enemy looking for his target, also unknown to him. His having a killing power doesn't make him different from his enemy. More likely that they are both nefarious than that he is defending himself.

But then are they threats to town? Maybe not.

I see what you're saying, but I feel like the rest of my stuff is more consistent with me being a hunted person who's main ability is hiding a bunch and trying to survive. I think my kill power is meant to be a shiny button that's there to tempt me to do the wrong thing.

Shraeye - I am being dumb and cannot find it. What is your actual win con?

I asked and can't quote my wincon directly; basically "you win if you are alive at the end of the game".  there seems to be the ability to change this.  More questions to ash, still no answers.  My best guess is it's related to my LastResort action.

What I mean is have you been looking for scum? Why? What priorities motivate your votes?

Day 1 I was just messing around.  Day 2 I was trying to land on scum, because I wanted to challenge myself to find scum.  Given the choice, I'd prefer a town-win than a scum-win.  I still think the best thing for me is to play pro-town right now, and keep finding scum.  So I'm looking.

A) I explained exactly why I kept saying nothing happened to me at night
B) I got no N1 information about being unable to use actions.

Here's a thing to ponder: If shraeye is telling the truth, then he can, instead of skipping the next Night, skip the next Day and proceed to win with a 3-player red scumteam.

fair. which would probably be anther huge argument in A) skum not having that power, B) they probably survivor, and C) why would they tell us if they were skum and could do that?

I know, this post was faust basically saying "if shraeye is telling the truth, then he's probably survivor. but he's not telling the truth so let's lynch him".  I mean, if I'm saying I'm a survivor, and my roles sounds like a survivor....I'm probably survivor.

Here's what we have.

Or shraeye is not my partner, then I am town and you should trust me when I say that we should lynch shraeye.

Your "trust me" is that shraeye said he did not receive a thing that faust "knows" shraeye received.  Can you stop playing "what happened isn't what I thought would happen, so I know somebody is lying" for just a little while??  A) it's exhausting and B) everybody loses that game except scum.

Waitaminute! What happens if an action is redirected/deflected onto shraeye? @faust, is that what you're saying happened with your action? I feel like according to his claim, it shouldn't affect him?

I don't know what happened, only that I targeted Didds and that action ended up affecting shraeye. Of course, he could be lying about everything, and the whole "actions don't affect me" thing is just a way to get town PRs off his back.

I also don't know what happened.  I asked ash a bunch of questions and have basically received "no comment" as my answer for every single one.  So I'm at a loss to explain exactly what happened.  Of course, faustA, if you want to know what happened you can just ask faustB because despite what fasutA feels here, fasutB is basically implying that he knows (and knew immediately, since that was his "result" on me) exactly how his night action would resolve on me despite a redirect through WCD.
