So, I was pretty pleased with my first clue, if I do say so myself. Tap was actually for "This is Spinal Tap" and Cold for Coldplay - and I knew they were both definitely a stretch, but I only saw 3 other risky words and two were neutral. Stadium, Root and Tubes (the latter two being well enough known bands). I picked Musicians over Bands, hoping that that would make Soul an earlier guess and Stadium a later guess, if at all.
After I gave the clue, I realized I could have even gone 7, as there is also a band called Bread.
Apron should be self explanatory.
I actually had a better clue for the next one - Faucet. But I second guessed myself (worrying about Tube), that I went for Beer. And completely missed the obvious connection to Root. In fact, I almost said Beer:3, as I thought about barley and wheat connecting Beer to Bread. But you already had and extra guess and were considering Bread from before and it I wasn't sure if that was too stretchy and would just misguide you.
Finally, just in case you weren't convinced of bread I went Thaw:2 instead of just a 1 word clue for Cold.
