We kind of already discussed the last couple questions over Skype and Uncleeurope just doesn't remember I think.
No lynch is reached when half the players vote No Lynch, which you can do. Ties in the OP as you noticed.
Jester does win if lynched by plurality, that was actually part of the reason we wanted plurality in the first place. Supersaint hits the last player actually on the wagon when the lynch happens (deadline if no one has a majority, or the player that hammers, that pushes it over into being a majority lynch.)
I don't think we ever actually talked about no one voting for a whole day, but I'd say that's a No Lynch, but it's actually kind of hilarious to use the current Rules as Written with the last player to have won a board game, so lets do that. (It's pretty much theorycrafting anyway, if it were for some reason important scum could always just vote and unvote and break the tie.)
Well, those rules do give town the ability to get rid of the Jester without triggering the supersaint ability: everyone agrees not to vote for the day, Jester plays a game of Dominion online against the bot an hour before deadline, Jester get lynched and wins with no death. It's arguable whether that plan is pro-town but I'd lean toward saying that it is in at least some situations (it's certain there's a Jester and it's not Lylo).
Also does the Jester's inability to self-hammer also apply if they have the last vote on themselves in a plurality lynch? The wording seems to suggest that's the case but I wanted to make sure.
Sorry if this is a lot of nitpicky questions, I just want to make sure there isn't a way to game the Jester situation before the game starts, not after.
