I’m not drunk enough. Although I’ve now finished both cocktails that I’ve made since signing on. Gotta think about the next one.
What are you drinking Galz?
First was a Preakness made with Willett’s Reserve Bourbon & Antica Vermouth, second was a Singapore Sling.
Teach me to make a Preakness. That's my next drink (assuming ingrediantes are on hand)
1.5 oz Bourbon of choice
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth of choice (Antica is lovely though)
.25 oz Benedictine (Yellow Chartreuse is ok here, but you’ll miss the spicy-ness of the Benedictine)
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters (Bitter Truth if you have them)
Garnish with an Orange Twist
Stir over large rock and strain into Coupe (or in rocks glass)
