A funny aspect of this rule was that no word repeated more than once can yield yes, because either the number of words is even in which case it fails on every letter in the word, or the number of words is odd (and > 1), in which case the number of spaces is even (and >=2) so it fails on those

"dictionary words" sure is a way to not break this rule completely, so in that sense I liked it. It was a bit annoying to think of a 6 letter word that has 3 repeating letters and the rest unique though...
