I just had a really fun time utterly ruining my opponent's strategy. There wasn't a whole ton going on in this kingdom, no real engine to speak of, very little pay off, only Pooka for trashing, no way to get rid of the Cursed Gold Curses. My opponent went for mass Chariots, which is in my opinion almost always correct, but I went straight for an Alchemist stack.
My opponent got to 4 VP with his Chariots before I could purchase my sixth Alchemist. That was the one that made all the difference, because it ensured that Alchemist was always the top card of my deck when he played his Chariots, and there was nothing in his deck that could possibly cost more than Alchemist, thanks to the Potion cost. This stopped him fairly dead, since he was counting on his Chariots for economy, as well as VP. He resigned soon thereafter (not sure he was totally out of it, but he was frustrated).
