Replying to this because apparently it's not so obvious to people why this statement is false.

Ghost Town increases your handsize at the start of the next turn by one, at the cost of decreasing handsize this turn by one. In a reliable engine, this means you're breaking even every turn (except you get one extra card the turn after you buy a Ghost Town and lose a card on your last turn), so it's not comparable to Hireling, which actually does increase your handsize by one each turn after it's played.

Good point. It gives you the 6 card hand for reliability that Hireling gives you, but if the second Ghost Town is one of those 6 cards; you haven't actually improved your reliability. However, drawing 6 out of 26 cards does give you a better chance at kicking off your deck-draw engine than drawing 5 out of 25 does, so it works similarly to Hireling when it comes to helping to ensure you get your deck-draw. But you're right, it trades the extra card for the extra action somewhat.

Ghost Town only increases the net hand size the first time you play it. Afterwards it only transfers a card into the next turn and provides an extra action.
