I've found many players including myself to require help on isotropic on how to use the Require Card(s): option. If a explanation about how to use it and also the fact that it only works in proposed games would be incredibly helpful to those that toy with it and have no idea what they are doing. They ask in the lobby, no one knows. They ask in game, no one knows. They give up, for no one knows. This really needs to be added to the FAQ. Thoughts?

Well, I think it's straightforward. I've thought it was straightforward since the first time I used it. I imagine having something in the FAQ would be good though.

Nobody in the lobby knew? Really? How many people were in the lobby? How long did you wait for an answer?

5 minutes there were like 30-40 people.

edit: And how is it simple? People start off trying to use it in auto just to find it doesn't work.

That surprises me.
And I just said that I found it straightforward (which is a little different from simple), not that everyone does. Also, you shouldn't generalize from yourself to everyone - the automatch has only been around, what, a month or so? I certainly didn't start off playing automatch - I started off playing friends.
