Once Growth is activated, gaining one Skulk allows you to gain all the Skulks.

(In the game I just played, my opponent autopiled the Skulks and Plunders via a single Skulk gain. And because Footpad was also on the board and it was their action phase they got like +19 cards for doing it as well.)

Collection + Enlightenment can be really strong. Coppers turn into $0 cantrips, so you can easily use extra buys on them without junking up your deck. Plus, you gain VP when buying a Collection with a Collection already in play

Rapid Expansion + Populate

Who doesn't want to gain 10 action cards, set them aside, and play them all at the start of their next turn? Better yet, the game I had this the board also had commerce, so I could also gain 10 golds and play them all at the start of my next turn.

Oh, also, the kingdom had Artist, so I wanted to play one copy of each of the cards I had gained in order before playing my artists, but the screen ran out of room to display all the clickable boxes. I got a couple extra on screen with ctrl-, but not all of them.
