Where's calamitas?
I would be happy if calamitas would be absent for the rest of the game.

How can you tell that after 4 posts?
If the amount of information gained from 4 posts would be 0, then the information gained from 200 posts would also be 0. Thus even 4 posts on average contain a positive amount of information on alignment.

@Jake- it was an if/then statement. Very big difference from the way you seem to be reading it.

Then why do people always rip on early reads lists if that's true?

Because early reads lists tend to be largely forced Bravo Sierra.

Hey everyone! I agree with what people are saying about schaad, the dayvig stuff is super anti town to say.
Who has been saying that?

You/lalight/robz all mentioned things negative towards schaad's day vig post.

Also because I'm town this game and not content to watch people argue about nothing for pages on end can you two learn how to communicate in a way that makes sense to one another.

Like I don't want to hate on either of you but Faust you were clearly more verbose the you needed to be making your "if/then" post and could have said we'll jake, the read is a slight one since it's only based on 4 posts...which is what you meant by stating you could still extrapolate some amount of information via four posts, much the way one extrapolates information from thousands of posts...(see I can phrase things annoyingly too)

And to jake, I don't want to be preachy but you really have to stop assuming everyone is scum and everything they say is nefarious. I feel like when you are a little bit confused you assume that person is scum trying to confuse you and so you start being a bit combative. You are getting much better as you already posted saying you wanted to drop the back and foth. I only say this because I just spent a whole game as Mafia waiting for you to start going after someone and then our team would just egg you on and send the thread in a fury of wasted conversations.

Looks like mcmc is in the "anger" stage of Coping with Jake's Play style.

I'm in the depression stage, myself.

I wasn't saying he's a bad player, but I agree that his purely retaliatory reads make conversation difficult. Anyway.

golly. there's plenty of things. i would say top 3 things that aren't my failed dayvig or my accidentally anagramming my role that i am (though those should be neat):
-faust thinks dylan is town and i don't exactly agree
-robz has said several things that i think are kinda similar to the stuff he said at the start of M92
-i am moderately confident that you're town (though i guess this hasn't been in the thread yet)

I mean, it's happened in every game he's played so far, so I guess if it has to happen, I'd rather people get the "Jake, do something different" out of the way right at the beginning than when more important things are happening closer to a deadline.  Although I don't see anything wrong with faust's if/then statement Mc2.  It was perfectly clear what he meant, and he shouldn't have to adjust his grammar to adjust for a 14 year old who is perfectly capable of reading.  And I'm in the acceptance stage at this point, so how can we look for ways to take advantage of Jake's play-style rather than just lynching him or arguing with him all the time?

So far, faust and LL seem to be well within their town metas.

I don't think schadd makes the dayvig comment if he were scum.  I don't feel like looking back for who said it at the moment, but someone said they were sure he was claiming "not dayvig." That's possible, but considering the fact he specifically referenced gkrieg breadcrumbing traitor in his first post in M92, I think there's a chance he was really breadcrumbing dayvig and he actually has to give command in QT where we can't see it to know he is doing it.  He might not be, and he might not even be town, but that would be a pretty ballsy move as scum.
