No, I think Mail-Mi in particular is someone that's more likely to claim a PR, like Robz, Ash, others.  Though it's possible I'm misappropriating here, I don't remember his scum games.  But he's a mod/setup/theory type, so he'd think more on setup implications.  Well, I suppose with this setup there are other things to consider.

He claimed a too-weak PR as scum in the BSG game that's just finished, but that was pretty late in the game. In this one, won't the people claiming VT still be able to argue quite strongly later on that they actually have PRs they just didn't want to out so early, without just getting lynched?

I did a derp!newbie VT claim quite early in the BSG game, and Mail-mi was one of the first people to jump on me for it.
