I know that the odds of being scum 3 games in a row are little

gambler's fallacy. Also, look at WW's first games. I think he was scum, what, 7 times in a row or so?

but he's so very good when he's scum!

Why thank you.

You know that your words don't clear you? vote: mail-mi

Uh I was never trying to clear myself. What about this post is scummy?

I was suspecting you because of the faust wagon, and I told you something to see your response.

I was waiting from town!you to sat something like you're good when you're town too. But you just told "thank you" and that is something scum!you would've said.

Well, I'm not gonna lie and say I'm good as town. ;)

I believe that my reason for being on the Faust wagon is legitimate. Why do you think it's scummy?

It just seems off. It isn't a trait of scum!faust or town!faust. I think right now it's more likely to come from scum Faust.

Ok, we've got plurality lynch here. I think that's pretty common these days. But please let's not use it.

What is so bad about plurality lynch?

Also both my scum reads are voting for each other.  What do I do?

Plurality lynch is worse because there's less of a wagon to analyze, and also something happens which a majority of people didn't want to happen. Also I won't be around for the deadline.

Anyway, my vote was the pressure vote.

Makes wagon analysis harder to earlier in the game when you have less flips.

Alright, here's my sorting of yall. I need to do this for myself to figure out who to vote.

Townreads:

Lalight
Gkrieg13
Mail mi

Could be scum but I'm not gunna lynch em today:
Faust
Witherweaver
silverspawn
Schadd

That leaves:

Roadrunner7671
Joseph2302
SpaceAnemone
J Reggie

There's only one big fish left in that small pond.

Vote: J Reggie

Now to go back and see if that even makes sense.

Then we have the iguana. He expressedly voted for me because I'm more fluffy than usual. Which like isn't a scum tell at all unless you can provide more reasoning for why it would be. I mean, I have to say, igu came to this game quite solvy; for a D1, that's not what I'm expecting. I'm on the fence on whether he could keep up his lurky jokey unhelpful D1 persona as scum. The change to a more focused way of playing is unfortunately scummy, since it's what I expect from someone who's uncomfortable playing scum, and I know that iguana is.

In an environment where no town player is driving the game forward, scum is presented with the temptation to let the game stall as it plays to their advantage. And they don't stand out for stalling when everyone is doing it. This game stalled hard while I was VLA for 5 days, so I decided to look at which players usually drive it forward. I landed on you.

I think your defense of yourself is good, but if you look at my recent games I think you'll find this isn't the one where I turned around from lazy to solvy again--that was a few games ago--and I haven't drawn scum since Sherlock. So I don't think your argument holds. I'm playing this game the same way I've been playing the last few.

I advise reread J Reggie. It won't take long. And consider voting for him. Most of us it would seem haven't done that yet.

I don't want to lynch Faust.. probably not Iguana.  Probably not Schadd.  Think I'd go for anyone else.  I don't really remember what made me think J Reggie was scummy, but I trust six-day-ago me.  He's a smart guy.

Complete lack of commitment to anything the whole game through.

I know that's everyone but you especially.

Let's call it a pressure vote that I hope results in a lynch.

If you hope it results in a lynch, how is it a pressure vote?

I haven't paid as much attention to this game as I should have because of stuff I can't talk about, but I did have the discussion with Faust about the Joseph thing and also as I've said I have a scumread on mail-mi.
