Storyteller glitch

I recently played a game where I had 10 treasuries.  I played them all and then a storyteller.  Playing the storyteller reset my $ count to zero from 10.  Has anyone encountered this glitch?  This happened consistently in the match I played.

This is supposed to happen...

Storyteller converts all of your coin into draw, doesn't matter where it comes from.

Not a glitch at all.

From the wiki:

For example if you had 4 Coin, you lose the 4 Coin and draw 4 cards. This makes you lose all Coin you have so far that turn, including the Coin you get from playing the Treasures, the +1 Coin Storyteller gives you directly, and any Coin you made earlier in the turn.

Treasury / Storyteller has a really strong anti synergy for this reason.

I made this mistake in a recent League Match.

Play a bunch of Grand Markets, play Storyteller to draw my last few cards and what the heck happened to all my coins?

I was losing anyway though.

Storyteller also wipes out any Potions.  Would be cool if it counted them like Apprentice or something, but it doesn't.

EDIT:
Which is weird because Storyteller says to , so does that mean a Potion is a ?

Storyteller should not be wiping out potions, per the official FAQ. Did we just find a real MF bug?

Except Storyteller totally doesn't wipe out Potions on MF, it works correctly.

Yeah, this had me confused in the beginning as well.

Now I treat it as a feature instead of a bug. :)

Hmm, weird.  That's from today, and this:

is from a week and a half ago.  See my T14.  There's no way to see from the logs how much virtual coin/potion you had at the start of your buy phase, is there?  I could have sworn it wiped out the Potion.  Otherwise I surely would have bought a Vineyard and something else, instead of 2 Dungeons, as I was already greening at that point.  I even remember mentioning it in the chat at the time.  Not sure.  It's a mystery to me.  My best guess is that they fixed it in the past week and a half (which I didn't even think it needed to be "fixed", as I thought that was the rule).  Don't ask my why I played the Potion with the Storyteller in the first place -- should have just held on to it -- but that's a different matter.

It certainly worked for me earlier than 1,5 weeks ago, maybe it was only buggy in that singular instance or your eyes were playing tricks on you ;)

Here's a log from May (turn 12 I play a Potion with Storyteller and buy Alchemist), I remember doing it a few other times as well, as far as I can tell it's just never been bugged.
