Putting back revealed cards on top of the deck

Whenever there's a situation that involves rearranging cards to put them back on top of the deck, I know I can drag the cards to rearrange them, but for some reason, I find it really difficult with the interface to get it to actually move the cards so that they actually swap places.  Is there a trick for where to position the logo?  Does this work more easily in text mode?

I don't know if there's a trick, I'm always fiddling with it as well.

If you have to put something back due to Ghost Ship for example, you can click with checkboxes.
I find this easier to manipulate than Scout or Apothecary.

If you're doing something complex with Stash (fear of possible discard attack), it's a real disaster.

I play in text mode and experience effectively no problems; the boxes (which the card names are in) drag quite comfortably in general.
