Now here's a funny way to get down to just a bunch of copper:

T1: 5 Copper, baker token, travelling fair, squire + chapel
T2: Chapel 3 estates and squire for Dame Anna, Alms for Sir Martin
T3: Dame Anna on Chapel and Copper, hitting Sir Martin, play 3 Copper for , have 6 copper.

I don't think that knights actually attack yourself in solo mode though. I do think that if this has a solution then it cannot involve Raze. Raze doesn't even really help you.

This is pretty good, but takes 1 more turn, because on turn 5 you have to Raze the Chapel, and then Turn 6 Raze can trash itself.

Yeah, I realized that and deleted (but too late).

Another way to get to Chapel + Raze in four moves (this time without needing Baker coin) is
1. Summon Chapel (11 cards)
2. Chapel 5 cards, buy Alms for Raze (7 cards)
3. Chapel 4 cards (3 cards)
4. Chapel (or Raze) 1 card

Chapel has a limit of 4, but that extra card from Turn two can be trashed with Chapel on Turn 4, so it doesn't actually make a difference.

I think I had found a solution without Bonfire, but I was wrong. Sorry, that I have wasted your time. I tried to reconstruct the solution, but I am unable to do. The last Chapel stays in play ...

Here was my solution:
Turn 1:
Draw: Copper x 5
Pay 1 Coin token.
Buy Travelling Fair.
Buy Mint and trash all Copper
Buy Alms (you have no Treasures in play)
Gain Chapel (an earlier solution had Raze here, but it contained a bad mistake  )
Topdeck Chapel and Mint.

Turn 2:
Draw: Chapel, Mint, 3xEstate
Play Chapel: Trash Mint and 3x Estate

Turn 3:
Draw: Chapel, Copper, Copper
Play Chapel: Trash Copperx2

Turn 1: 5 Copper, baker, borrow, buy travelling fair, mint, alms for Chapel
Turn 2: Chapel 3 Estates, alms for Mining Village
Turn 3: Mining village (trash), Chapel 2 Copper, Mint nothing, borrow, bonfire trash chapel and mint.

Alternatively:

Turn 1: 5 Copper, borrow, baker, doctor overpay by 4 trash 3 estates 1 Copper
Turn 2: Doctor trash 3 Copper, play 3 copper buy bonfire trash copper, doctor
Turn 3: Play two copper, borrow, bonfire trash the coppers.
