I am surprised you haven't encountered it before, since it's used in all sorts of situations, e.g. any cop procedural (reading out license plates), The Incredibles (when Elastigirl is flying the plane).

Bravo and Kilo seem to be the same thing.

I'm concerned about how much space some of these would take up, especially the Ironworks variants which need multiple lines to list off the types.

Well there will be a few more parts no matter what, but yes, there will be a runoff if there's no clear winner from these.

Oops, yeah. I've deleted the old Kilo and renamed Lima to Kilo. Hopefully the person who had already voted for Kilo also voted for Bravo.
