I heard there are some crossover expansions in the works.

Dominion of Catan -- In order to buy a card you have to place a token on the desired card. Then every turn you roll dice to determine whether or not you gain the card.

Dominionassone -- No matter how dominating your lead is, your opponent can often come back and win by earning tons of victory points for placing more farmers than you on the victory card stacks.

Well, if we look which other games RGG has published we can speculate that the next Promo card may be based on Power Grid or Stone Age or something.

Walled Village was for Carcassone I believe and Governor of course was for Puerto Rico.
Envoy, Black Market and Stash were for annoyance.

Hm, but it would have to be appropriately themed for the time period.  Maybe something like a windmill?  And hopefully it will have some kind of easily-misunderstood mechanic, so I can yell out "Windmills do not work that way!" any time someone plays it wrong.
