Well since there isn't a category for best fake claim category anymore I think I will just go ahead and say that if there were I would nominate ash/gkrieg for claiming masons. it might not have fooled the speccy, but it fooled the players in the thread and that is what counted in the end.

Definitely disagree. The whole thing was not thought through and was extremely high risk. It was sheer luck that it didn't backfire. Not an example I would show people and say "This is how you fakeclaim."

Well I wouldn't say sheer luck. It was crazy, and extremely high risk, and there were some elements that weren't greatly done. But there was some element of strategy to it. Keeping Awaclus from being lynched despite my persistent desire to do so had a lot to do with ash and gkrieg distracting me from that lynch. So I guess the claim might not have been great, but the way that they dealt with it afterwards was pretty awesome.

And in the end it worked. So... for me, that fits the bill of "best" more so than any other metric. A perfect fake claim that still isn't believed does nothing for the team trying to win the game.

I updated the new Mafia Records thread (now sticky'ed) through M70, but only in the games records section.  I also didn't check or fix anything, so the formatting isn't perfect.  Thanks to everyone who did the hard work for me.

To pull out individual stats is a much more labor intensive process for me.  I'll try to do that Wednesday.

I do need M71's game record done.

Just went through the thread and +1'ed all of ash's posts. He gets far too little credit for all the board moderating work because +1s are not allowed in other areas of the forum games.

If memory serves me right, Futuramafia, Fanfiction, Switch and maybe Blink are probably the most interesting games out of those. I wasn't in Dwarf Fortress though and I didn't follow it either.

I think Buffy/Angel was also particularly interesting, not sure if it's interesting enough if you're not interested in RMM.

also I'm excited for the stats to be updated. One thing I found out is I have a pretty decent winrate somehow even though I don't feel like I affect the games at all. guess I'm just lucky!
