Made a mistake making the poll, so tried to delete it. Deleted the poll, but I can't delete the thread. Will make a new thread.

I think it's a bit overpowered for the cost.  Maybe remove the +buy?

Also, you might want to change that "gain to hand" part. With putting it on top of your deck it won't be THAT overpowered.
