It returns to that dude's arm?

Well, it returns to your hand. This guy just took it one step farther.

Would be better if the fortress on the arm was being destroyed, and a  new one was appearing on the palm.

Well, you haven't seen my palm yet.
How do you know it has no Fortress on it?

A Fortress is a very fitting tattoo motive: Once you have it, it's very hard to get rid of it.

I wish you could get rid of a tattoo for only 3 coins and a turn :(

You draw four cards and the Fortress returns to your hand.

Do you have your ex-girlfriend name tattooed somewhere?

Get that smug look off your face.  We'lve all bought a turn one mint so none of us should ever wear that look.

Turn one Mints are pretty good. Turning a Copper into a Silver is nice in the early game, and you can end up with really high quality treasures if you have the spare +actions to keep playing it.

You should tattoo that tip on your arm.

You should tattoo a Moat on your other arm in case you ever get mugged or anything.

Or a black box. Then the muggers would need to ask you if it's a Moat first.
