i rarely write something in this forum, but this one i have to share with you...
it was an irl game played yesterday, Kingdom randomly generated:
Peasant, great hall, smugglers, procession, envoy, spice merchant, bishop, graverobber, highway, witch - event: mission
first thing i noticed, peasant could become a teacher quite fast with spice merchants, so i went for it.
My wife LOVES Bishop, so she opened with it and I could trash my estates for free aswell.
I picked up some Witches and Highways along with some silvers. - of course my witches collided due to the heavy trashing, but i didn't care, since i planned to put the +1 Action token on the Witch pile anyway - a laboratory that deals out curses - insane..
Man, she went mad as i played witch, witch, witch..
She never resigns, so i soon even managed to put my +1 card token on highways (yet another laboratory :-) )
At one point she had 4 curses an a random card in her hand, threw the cards on the table, was sulking and didn't talk to me the whole eveneing :-P
Now everything's fine again ;-) but i've never seen her so upset because of a stupid card game...
