Jake you need to comod a game (or mod a well-known open setup with an experienced mod) before you will be allowed to mod an original setup.  Same thing goes for McGarnacle.

So I'm putting schadd in the queue next.

one thing i don't appreciate about asher9++ (and any setup with it as a permanent role) is the strongman; it's great if there's a doctor (although limiting, since a certain person has to do the kill, which is cool) and it sucks if there isn't. i would replace 1-shot strongman with 1-shot rolecop and perma-strongman with odd-night rolecop

Regarding power level, why not full Rolecop for full Strongman? Odd-night Rolecop seems kinda weak since it will probably only investigate twice in the game and is mostly weaker than 2-shot Rolecop.

i dunno. i was sort of thinking that (full strongman - 1 shot strong man) < (full rolecop - 1 shot rolecop) since all uses of flavorcop will be useful and compound on each other (process of elimination sort of thing) which isn't true for strongman. there was also the thing in ghibli (the situation i theorized where ww was scum and they didn't use SM to determine if there wasn't a doctor and ww could claim vig)

RoleCop's power diminishes as people claim and becomes useless once everyone has. It honestly isn't too powerful of a role and I think I'd still prefer to have a Strongman on my team even if there is no guarantee that it will have a use. Sort of like how the Godfather is included even if there is no guarantee that a Cop is in the game.

the thing about it, though, is that the strongman is supposed to be a counter to an increasing amount of power roles (and it sometimes totally isn't), whereas godfather might just be considered a quality of the cop rather than the scum. if we think the rolecop is weak though, i would bump it up to odd nights/permanent instead of 1-shot/odd nights. but i'll iron this out once i open it for signups, which won't be for a while

I think I agree with Archetype here.  As scum, I don't do very much PR hunting, because most of the time, it's better to just kill the people who are going to push town toward lynching you.  I would much rather have a strongman, that has the capability of possibly killing a protected person than have a rolecop, which takes a day to get a result anyway.

I think the full Role Cop is pretty weak in relation to a full Strongman - having a guaranteed unblock able kill is nice. You could do something where N0 the team decides whether to make their Strongman slot a Strongman or a Rolecop based on their play style or whatever.

One knock I do have against Strongman is that its inclusion means that player will be completing the kill every single night which does take a bit of the fun out of it.

Yes but there aren't any trackers in the game anyway, so there is no point to not having the strongman do the kill every night.
