Umm... sure, that seems to be the same thing!

My original rule was "cards with only vanilla effects". Then when Great Hall was asked, I had to think about it for a while to decide if that fit or not. I decided it did, and defined "vanilla" to be "cards whose text contains only numerals; the words 'action(s)', 'card(s)', and 'buy(s)'; and symbols. So Monument would fit too; not sure if people normally would call that "vanilla".
