rebuild question

in a mirror, what should you do if you draw your rebuild with your last estate, when there are duchies remaining and no provinces missing?

I would name Province. If you've already gotten rid of 2 Estates, and you're in a mirror, then the Duchy pile is probably low enough to start doing that anyways.

On later plays, protect your Province, it's not worth going out of your way to Rebuild that 1 Estate

Depends. If it makes you win the Duchy split, Rebuild Duchy -> Duchy. Otherwise, Duchy -> Province.
