Yeah I believe I was the one who said it a lot before it (apparently) became a thing around here. I'm such a trend setter!

I actually started saying it about myself so I wouldn't blame my losses on luck, which is a super-easy thing to do. But yeah it applies to everyone, especially those people who think Dominion is multiplayer solitaire with no interaction and where you don't do anything meaningful after the first turn of the game (you're just playing out your strategy and hoping you get better draws or something).
