North London Derby on Saturday.,...possibly the most important game in football!!!

I'm so excited for this. I'm thinking spurs have a great chance. Which probably means we'll get crushed.

Also, the game starts at 5:45 am here...yuck.

Yep,l no Ox or Sanchez for the Gooners means they will hopefully lack a creativity. Stambouli in the midfield to shackle Cazorla.

most confident for ages...which yes means we'll concede an early goal and then Adebyour will come on, do nothing and then get sent off.

A mere trifle compared to the North London Derby!

I'm reading that sanchez is going to play, i really hope he doesn'tthough. I'm hoping our lineup is:
lloris, walker fazio vertonghen rose, stambouli mason, townsend eriksen chadli, kane
although I would guess lamela would start (and maybe dembele too)

Ugh, hopefully no Townsend, running at Arsenal with pace and then losing the ball is the last thing we want.
And i'd put Davis in instead of Rose, but not much to choose between them.

I think Dembele might actually start, despite Mason/Stam being better overall. Someone to keep the ball when he runs forward.
Shame Betaleb probably wont be fit in time

Our new found fitness will be the key here, one silly mistake and they will score. Got to keep concentration to the end, and hopefully go in 3-0 up

Ugh, I hope Sanchez doesnt play, as the ability to tear Fazio apart...

would you rather see lamela? i guess i'm just not a lamela fan but he never seems effective to me. i'd almost rather see eriksen-dembele-chadli than chadli-eriksen-lamela.

no bentaleb is a shame, i think he's our best central mid. i'm assuming he's sitting this one out, though.

Is it true that there is a programming language that uses Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes as syntax?

Of course.

That's incredibly stupid and awesome at the same time.

Chadli isn't fit I thought?
And Lamela while not being the most direct player had been doing a lot of running back and defending lately, which is really been needed, and has been linking up with Kane really well. It's the sort of unglamerous plays that don't really make it into highlights, keep an eye on him specifically next game see what you think
I feel if he had been home grown rather than cost 30m people would be a lot more on his side.

And I'd Definately have Chadli over Townsend. Can actually pass and score.

I can see a Dominion based code for the lulz.

Chapel would remove data, like "info.chapel(2)" would remove the second char in the info variable or something :p
Herald would be some sort of a recursive variable, calling itself and some other thing.
Mine multiplies, Smithy adds, Militia subtracts, and Saboteur divides.
Swindler replaces variables with new information.

I can see it now. VaccarinoOS.

Challenge: Design the language, program a Dominion client in that language, get it up and running before Making Fun releases their new online Dominion version.

Chadli missed the last couple cause his Dad passed away, he should be ready to go for today though I believe -- I haven't heard otherwise. I think we're at full strength minus Bentaleb (who's back but I doubt will play).

Agree that Lamela's put in a good shift helping out Walker, but so has Townsend. He's also been linking up well with Eriksen and Kane sometimes, but I think that more often than not he ends up trying to work into the same space that Eriksen occupies, and Eriksen is better. Too many times Lamela puts himself into situations where he'll only succeed if he can beat multiple defenders, and it's just so hard to beat multiple defenders. He's been doing fairly well this year, and I think he has the most assists on the team, but I think Eriksen has more influence when Lamela isn't playing. Kane's also better at ceding space to Lamela/ERiksen than either Adebayor or Soldado was, which has helped Lamela out. Lamela also makes more room for Walker on the right flank.

Townsend will make more runs down the right -- Lamela's spacing is fairly mediocre IMO, and Townsend opens up a lot more room for Kane. I think Lamela produces more when he plays than Townsend does, but Townsend's presence allows Kane/Eriksen more room to thrive, if that makes any sense.

I don't know if this is specifically a tumblr thing or if it was imported from some other site, but sometimes I see illustrated back stories for random gifs.  I came across this one recently and it is glorious.

Argh, 1-0 to the goober scum at half time. They scored off a flukey deflection from an offside position (although only marginally to be fair). It's been thier only chance of the game so far. But we can't break through thier 10 man defence now.

Chadli hopefully coming on for second half, no idea who for yet.

Probably, let Bentaleb pick up some more defence duties, is he even on the pitch or is Mason doing all his work as well?
