Someone sent this to me, and I laughed out loud.  Watch it to the end.

That seems like a lazy answer to me. Shinji's reaction cannot be unknowable, since someone wrote that scene.

What about Moat's reaction?

I watched some of Evangelion. For me, characters really make the story, and I couldn't like any of Evangelion's characters (except maybe the penguin). They're all unlikeable in their own unique way; it's really quite impressive.

I found the first half pretty cliche'd. Hadn't I known that it would evolve into, well, the thing it turned into around episode 16 or so, I would have dropped it earlier than that. It is not helped by how often the series have been emulated, so the archetypes don't even feel fresh anymore after nearly 20 years of copies.

But really, the main point of the series is how most characters are psychologically screwed up, and how they try (or not) to piece together the wretches of their lives. So well, they are hard to like.

Rat ownership is better than I thought. They have all the cuddliness of a kitten or a puppy, but you don't have to feel guilty putting them into a cage (especially considering the spacious monstrosity I have for them). They're litter-trained, and I am working on getting them to learn basic commands.

Gotta say that I don't regret adopting rats. Yeah, their home is expensive, but it's been worthwhile.

I can see the cuddly factor, but what about the cuteness factor (when little) and the flat out gorgeous factor (when grown).  Are they beautiful when they move?  Can you actually watch the musculature in action, and note the flexibility of their (speaking of cats now) spine?

Can you ever let go of your desire to feed them to an exquisitely reticulated python?

I had rats pretty much my whole life while I was growing up. They're really great pets. I have a lot of fond memories of them. Although (the ones we got at least) do tend to develop tumors later on in life--so there's some sad memories as well.

They can be snuggly and are really intelligent and curious animals too. I'm glad you have more than one, since they can keep each other company.

Have you checked to make sure your rats aren't actually dark wizards in disguise?

The problem with Rats is that you can get too much of them too quickly.  You need to find some way to trash them.

You could, for example, butcher them and turn them into a feast.

No, I would rather just trade them for gold with the butcher.

You can always sacrifice your Rats to your local priest and get some nice bonus reward bucks for your credit card.

I think the Manchester Derby is more important, as probably is El Clasico, and most importantly the Old Farm Derby.

Yeah, not looking forward to when they pass. Only a couple of years. The one that made my wife fall in love with the idea of rats will break her heart when she passes. We had been looking at the idea of rats for a while and decided to stop at a few pet stores to see their rats. At the time, my wife wasn't convinced she'd want a rat, so we were test-driving, so to speak. First store had an impressive reptile collection, but their rats were feeders, which aren't very cuddly. The second store had Latte, which was the rat that made my wife's heart melt. We moved on to a third store that wasn't very impressive and decided to go ahead and pick up Latte and a cage. The store employees could tell we would be back. They didn't even put Latte back on display. We got her and a companion. Sadly, that rat died of an URI 3 days later. The store has a 7-day guarantee, so we replaced her with another rat.

I had read that you should never own single rats. I'd hate to think of Latte being bored while I'm at work or asleep. We got her another companion, so all three of them will hop along and play.

Females tend to get tumors, which is unfortunately what we have. We didn't want males marking up everything, so we went with the prone-to-gigantic-growths rats.

At least in that derby, both teams might win the league, neither of the North London derby teams will. But still, Old Farm Derby is the best.

Pretty sure United are nowhere near winning the league. In that case the City/Chelsea game would have been bigger

And that's not what makes a derby special, it's the rivalry between the teams.

If spurs win this match they will go above arsenal into thier precious 4th spot (which according to wenger is 'just like winning a trophy')
Granted well probably choke on the last game if the season again but hey, can still dream!

Not really the same as a Derby though, thats a final.

Also, American Football or Gridiron

Also, even by viewership its not the best, 111m estimated viewers against FA Cups estimated 500m (I have no idea where they get these figures from though)

On a slightly related note....bidding to show Premiership football rights in the UK start oday...expecting to go for around £4billion!!

Crazy when you consider thats JUST the rights to show it in the UK, and thats not even every match, usually its between 5 - 8 a week (out of 10)
