Yes, I'm pretty sure this ranking is objectively correct. Although you could add a few hundred empty lines between The Deathly Hallows, Part 2 and The Order of the Phoenix.
You know, before I rewatched them, I would have put Order of the Phoenix last, below even the first two, but... I don't know, it wasn't that awful. It's not good, but it's better than I remembered it.
@Ichi : Goblet of Fire really nails the Cedric Digorry thing which is probably the most important thing in the whole series, but it does have pacing problems. I remember there being talk of splitting it in two at the time, and you can feel it at the start of the movie where the editing feels really rushed.
As far as reading the book first... well if you are going to read the book, yeah it's better to read it first because you get to imagine the characters and setting your own way... but that's your loss, I'm not sure why people would get upset about that.
