Man. I had four strips of bacon yesterday. Was one automatically undercooked, one automatically overcooked? No, let's put a stop to that right here, all four strips were excellent.

Finally, the group reached a large, cathedral-like cavern. Above a pedestal floated the Medallion of fire. As Sheik approached, a noise range out from behind her.

A member of the group had somehow found the Megaton Hammer, and was chasing someone else around with it. Maybe it was just the stress, or maybe the cavern was giving off some sort of toxic fume, but everyone was acting a little loopy.

“Be careful with that hammer!” cried Sheik.

But it was too late. There was a careless swing, and suddenly the hammer came crashing down, down, down...

and narrowly missed its intended target. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

Suddenly, the ground began to quake. The hammer's blow had loosened some fault, and before anyone could move, the floor of the cavern opened up beneath Darunia. They only had time for a short scream before they fell into the magma below.

Robz888 has been lynched! They were Darunia (Town Watcher)!

Night 2 begins now. I'm extending the deadline for night actions and confirmations for this and future nights to 36 hours, that's 10 am on Friday. Night will still last 48 hours. Please send me a PM or post in your QT.

Though their chieftain had fallen in the Fire Temple, the Gorons were more than happy to shelter the group for the night in their mountain village. In the morning, they convened at the cavern's entrance. Sheik looked over the group, and nodded in satisfaction. “Everyone accounted for!”

With hope in their hearts, they set out for the Water Temple.

Cool.

Ok. So, three possibilities:

1. The kill was doctored.
2. The kill was roleblocked.
3. Mafia no-killed.

I'm pretty confident that Mafia didn't no-kill since I don't really see any benefit in that. So that leaves Doctoring and Roleblocking. If only the Doctor is in the game, whoever he targeted is Town. If only the Roleblocker is in the game, whoever he targeted is Scum. If they're both included, we can't be sure one way or another.

Also, Vote: Jimmmmm for that hammer. It was obvious that he was some sort of Investigative role which should have granted him at least one more day to live.

ashersky (5): Jimmmmm, AndrewisFTTW, scott_pilgrim, silverspawn, EgorK, Teproc, mail-mi
Jimmmmm (3): Archetype, Witherweaver, ashersky

With 13 alive, it took 7 to lynch.

Night One begins now, and ends in 48 hours (more or less). DEADLINE FOR NIGHT ACTIONS AND CONFIRMATIONS IS IN 24 HOURS. Please send me a PM or post in your QT.

Looking at the lynch wagons from the two previous days, there are some common denominators:

scott_pilgrim, AndrewisFTTW, EgorK, silverspawn, jimmmm

I'm fairly confident that there is at least one scum in the group.

Hmm interesting. I agree that there has to be at least one scum and possibly even 2 scums out of those 5. Now to find out who actually is the scum.

Isn't it also possible that they no-killed, so that we go ahead and mislynch whoever is roleblocked?

Good point. I think they would only do that if they were in danger of being lynched the next day.

okay this might be bad play, and it will probably get me killed, but it seems like the right thing to me.

I am roleblocker. I targeted Archetype last night. My reasoning was, I wanted to target someone who was a possible scum, but didn't look scummy to everyone else. Basically, I wanted to target the player that seemed least likely to be roleblocked if he was scum. The first night I chose AndrewisFTTW, who was on the ash wagon but seemed towny to everyone, and now I targeted Archetype. Both seemed like the perfect players to perform a night kill.

mali-mi was killed during the first night, so I strongly suspect that Andrew is town. Noone was killed the second night, which can mean one of three possible things

#1: Archetype is scum and performed the kill.
#2: The targeted player was doctored
#3: Mafia deliberately chose not to nightkill someone, so that we would lynch Archetype.

To me, #2 seems extremely unlikely because a) it's only 50% that we even have a doctor, b) if we did, he would probably have saved mali-mi during night one, c) if there was a doctor, mafia would have known about it and most likely not targeted mali-mi during night one and d) even if we have one, it's unlikely that he happened to protect the right player.

I don't know how likely #3 is. If it is, I just walked right into the trap, but it's a huge gamble for scum to make in a game where they're already ahead. What if I hadn't roleblocked anyone? What if you don't listen to me?

Either way, we are behind, I think we need to take this risk. Maybe it would've been smarter to wait with this post, but I'm afraid you wouldn't believe me if I did, because I am one of the main suspects. If i did it out of a defense, it would seem like I'm just trying to kill two more towns (Archetype + one nightkill) before dying myself. This way, I hope you believe me. I have no proof, but even if you lynch me first and then him, it's a good trade.

Mafia had time to think about how they react. What I believe happened is, they thought that the smartest thing to do was for Archetype to make this post, because that's basically reverse-psychology, it makes it look weird if I blame him now. But it'll look even worse if I wait.

That's it for me though. I'll be killed in the next night, unless I am lucky again and roleblock the right person.

I almost feel like scum nokilled to try and bait us into killing the wrong person. And scum arch came up with the idea so that we would claim and get a myslynch. But then the roleblocker actually targeted him and is now in a weird situation.

Well, I guess I better claim in case you guys screw up again.

I'm the Universal Backup. AKA, Tracker. On N1, I targeted Hydrad who targeted WW. He can confirm. I'm really upset that I wasn't there at deadline because I might've been able to save Robz's life by backing him up. Last night, I got No Result. So I don't think silverspawn is lying about being a Roleblocker, but I'm not sure if he's scum or town. I'm thinking Town based upon the nature in which he claimed and silverspawn doesn't seem like the guy who would pull something like this as first time scum. But it could be organized by his partners. Like, they know that the Doctor is in the game so they have Roleblocker!SP target someone and that if the kill doesn't happen they can blame it on who they target. Or they just choose to no kill. But man, that may be too unnecessarily risky considering Scum is already in a good spot.

So this sucks. When I saw that no one had died, I hoped I was Rolestopped or that the Doctor was in the game and the Mafia Roleblocker targeted me. We've already lost 3 PRs, please do not lynch a 4th.
