I'm a vanilla cop and I targeted ww last night. He's vanilla.

I targeted him because he hadn't claimed yet and stuck out to me more than the other people who also hadn't. I actually forgot to target anyone N1 - I think I didn't realize how short the deadline was.

That sounds like a really easy fakeclaim, cop someone who has already flipped, and then claim to have forgotten to target anyone N1 so you don't have to defend your choice in who you targeted.

I'm sure s_p is a watcher based on this, but watching your partner is what scum would do. I think his role is pretty useful for town, though, so we should let him live for now. I'm still suspicious of BA, despite his claim. I think he should maybe treestump himself today, and definitely tomorrow if he survives and there's an even number of people.

It would be nice, except that after EgorK claims, Archetype will be the only one left who hasn't claimed (and there's no guarantee he'll survive anyway).  I mean if you're town then it sucks because it just looks like such an easy fakeclaim and there's nothing you can do about it, but if the prevailing opinion ends up being that EgorK's claim is much more believable than yours, we're going to lynch you first.

1. There's no reason to think you're not both scum.  You could be different scum factions who both tried to kill WW last night, or you could even be scum partners such that one of you wanted to kill WW and the other wanted to do something else to him (though I'm not sure what that would be).

2. It's not like we have a lot of wiggle room for mislynches.  We absolutely should try to maximize our chances of lynching scum today because I'm pretty sure we just lose if we mislynch*.  What I'm saying is, if you're scum telling us to lynch EgorK first, if he flips town, it's too late for us to do much about it; so we can't listen to you just tell us to lynch EgorK first and then lynch you if he flips town.

*There's 7 of us left, if we mislynch that's 6 with 3 NK's, we have to hope at most 1 scum survives and we find them on the last day, so I guess it's possible to win if we mislynch today but I think it's a pretty bad chance.

Why do people keep saying this?  I'm not denying that it might be the best way for a scum watcher to play, I just don't see why it would be the case, and people keep saying it without explanation.  I mean I watched Voltaire N1 and I'm obviously not alien since alien watcher doesn't exist.  I want to watch the non-me person I think is most likely to be NK'd, regardless of that person's alignment.

You try to make case on nothing. Context of my message was obviously in regard to SP as watcher. And for all means I targeted NK (interesting question whether I targeted treestumps, probably not), just I did it involontary

How exactly does Gravedigger work? Does it target a NK like EgorK is saying or what? If so, then shouldn't he have targeted just SP, the watcher?

Okay, so I think I understand Gravedigger better. It says that it targets the NK's player tracking them back to watchers and trackers. So, it would be EgorK targeting WW.

In that case, I feel EgorK's claim is more believable. We already had 2 dead cops D1 after all.

Gravedigger does not target all people NKd. It is seen targeting the NK by trackers and watchers.
