Q. 

So I played an Outpost and bought the last Province (during the regular 5-card part of my turn). Does the game end immediately? Or do I then also get my 3-card Outpost-extra-turn? (to buy an additional Estate/Duchy)

Only 1 Outpost was played, everything else was normal... I'm just wondering if the extra-Outpost-turn can happen or not after the last Province is bought.

No, you do not get your Outpost turn.

The rules say that you check for game end conditions at the end of a turn.  The end of this turn before the outpost turn is the end of a turn, so it counts.
