That's the card I thought of after you said stuff.  I don't know why you thought I knew whether or not mail-mi had it, when you were the only one with that information.
I probably already said too much. I will wait for a confirmation that my guess is correct then I'll tell you.

Guess: The missing card is
green diamond solitaire
That would be hilarious.
Guess: Green Diamond Solitaire

This was supposed to be a social experiment.  In both games, everyone had the same cards.  It is interesting the slightly diverging approaches to the answer.

Here is how you could have known the result:
sudgy - you know you don't have it
TA - you asked him, if he had green solitaire - he had none
Nkirbit - I asked him, if he had diamond solitaire - he had none
GOM - mail-mi asked me, if I had green solitaire - I had none
That leaves mail-mi: you asked him, if he had green opals. Hence you knew that he has at least one green solitaire (the green opal solitaire, he showed you). After my last question, you could deduce that he had no other green solitaires, hence nobody has the green diamond solitaire.

Oh, I realize now that I made a mistake on that last question.  I forgot to check if mail-mi already had one of those cards.

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

'And what is it that ye shall hope for? Behold I say unto you that ye shall have hope through the atonement of Christ and the power of his resurrection, to be raised unto life eternal, and this because of your faith in him according to the promise." - Moroni 7:41, the Book of Mormon

Cool, I'll check out the differences at some point.
