All times that I've come up with are forum time.

We definitely need a start time. I can be online at any given time from 6am to 8pm (was 10pm but I converted wrongly), but that goes overnight for me, so I should work some sleep in there as well.

Okay so I think we need a different approach to this. How about we try again but this time set a specific time well in advance, and everyone who feels so inclined can try to set aside that time.

We could try Saturday 4pm again as that seemed to be a fairly good time for a lot of people. I'm away this weekend but of course people can do it without me. Otherwise we could book in Saturday week at 4pm and see who shows up?

I've never actually done it before, but yeah. A few of us were on Google Hangouts last week, which seemed like it would have worked fine with enough people. There's also text chat which we'd use for voting.

I thought google hangout was perfect for our needs. I really think this would work out great if we could work out the numbers.

I can't do this saturday though, I'm going to a concert. What about trying to arrange it on a sunday? Might people have more time on sundays? I know I almost always socialize on saturdays, not that I wouldn't reserve a day for something as fun as this.

Anyone who thinks this is a fun idea, help us brainstorm a way to work out the logistics!

Sunday (Monday morning for me) will depend on whether I'm working. I don't have my roster for the next couple of weeks yet, but if I'm not working on Monday I'll be up for it.

I work a lot on the weekends, so it might just be a sad fact that I'm not going to be available at the same times as lot of other people.
