So I work email tech support for a company. I got an email from isotropic, and I was like, huh I know who the admin for this web host is.
Then I realized that it was DougZ. I was very amused, and I hope I managed to resolve his problem earlier.

I suppose his problem wasn't related to restarting dominion isotropic, was it?
