Goko has potential future earnings?

Sure.  The main reason they had a major shutdown was they got bombarded by people from TotalBiscuit's stream.  Those were all potential cash, though they presumably lost a lot of those potential buy-ins.

But there's at least a few more years of possible buy-ins to Dominion.

I would buy the base art for 40 Gokoins. That's what I play with irl. I prefer that much more than the plain looking coins and VP cards. And, implementing base art should be one of the easiest things for Goko to do, much easier than adding expansions.
