I'm not sure what purpose this kind of competition serves, considering that Netherlands already won the world champs, so why wouldn't they win again?

There are a few reasons why this is not a great idea, but that isn't one of them

dont compare dominion to football ^^ in football theres allways a best of 1 so every country has more of a chance to get the lucky punch

And I think an european competition could be a good idea but not 3 days after the world competition.
