How often does Mafia win with an IC left alive?

I agree with everything that faust said. Didn't really like how many Percentage roles there were and thought the Mafia Recruiter was a little bastard (not terribly so...he did have the option to decline), but loved the Water mechanic and hope you run a sequel using it. Cool game overall!

We haven't used too many percentage roles and I wanted to give it a shot.  I worded powers with "may attempt" to show that.  I wanted there to be more usage of powers during the day, so I need to make adjustments there.

The recruitment would have failed on ADK or Andrew.  I tried to temper it's strength by not changing a thing about the recruited player, including never learning his partner(s), not gaining access to the QT, not getting a kill if he was the final scum remaining, etc.  Plus, he should have felt bad about it as an Atreides.

You would have noticed that final line in the game end flavor...sequel coming.  I'll tweak and use the water mechanic again, for sure.  I like how it put people under pressure, for sure.

I will say this, modding this game was a HUGE amount of work.  9 player QTs to update daily, the mod qt to track stuff...yeesh.

I was almost overwhelmed just trying to learn some of the basics. and there was even more info you had to deal with. Great work though.

For anyone else, such a statement would be a scum tell.  For Hydrad, it's simply a tell that you're reading something from Hydrad.

This the second time I've been town in a game where we caught scum, minimally mislynched, and then lost.  We only had 1 mislynch this time and caught 2 scum!  And ADK stopped the nk N1.  I also don't think mail-mi's conversion was ok at all.  Several of us had correct strong townreads on him - yuma's case based on days 1 and 2 were part of what got him lynched - and switching his alignment like that was not fair to town, I think.

faust once again was undetectable as scum, and I don't know what I am going to do in future games to figure out how to read him!

I just want to point out that ADK didn't stop a nightkill, but instead we targeted a bulletproof yuma.

At least Faust and I were simply not the same alignment again and it isn't like I just always always always disagree with him.

I would say alignment changes have been one of the bright, clear lines between normal/rmm and bastard in the past, but I think it would have been fine here, in ash's highly creative setup, had that possibility been known (I don't think it was part of the semi-announced stuff?). Just my take on that specific issue as an outsider.

Super-fun game to follow, looking forward to the sequel.

Gotta say you worked the water mechanic out perfectly, it really made everyone feel like omg I am going to die any day now. But didn't destroy the quality of the game.
