This is a decent action already, although it is probably a $3 or $2, but still may see good action if there is no other trasher.

This is a pretty good attack, way better than Cutpurse, because you are flooding them with Copper so they will have things to discards, and the attack stacks pretty hard, especially if Throned or KCed. Of course, Cutpurse has +$2 and this has not, so it may be a sloggish attack similar to Sea Hag in power.
Its a weird combination, but it seems that it may lead to games in which you are always discarding Coppers, trashing Coppers, gaining Copper and getting +$1 from this terminal Copper. Copper-based games are not much fun, and straightforward slogs aren't either.
I like the trashing part, but I would put it in a card that is better for engines (maybe remove the Copper giving and it would still be a pretty good $4). Even without the Copper giving, I would buy it ahead of Militia in an engine board barring power $5s like Cursers, HP or Wharf. It will not be as powerful as Remake, Steward or Chapel, but the attack will slow down a BM opponent a lot, and that's neat.
