Scrying pool can be very effective with village+bridge+trashing. Played a similar game last week where I opened Ironworks+Loan. Decks like this really show the power of scrying pool.

A vineyard or two would have been nice.   8)

The one card I see more than any other in these glorious turns is Bridge.  I'm shocked it has such a high Win Rate Without.

That's because on many boards it's little more than an expensive Woodcutter. It's only really powerful when you can get multiple useful buys per turn.

Centuries later, archaeologists discover the remains of your ancient civilization.

Evidence of thriving towns, Pottery, roads, and a centralized government amaze the startled scientists.

Finally, they come upon a stone tablet, which contains but one mysterious phrase!

'ISOTROPIC WILL RETURN!'

In addition to what Jack Rudd said, it's easy to remember the times you get crushed by someone playing 5+ bridges in one turn, so you buy it on boards where it's just not good, and then lose.

At least, that's what happened to me for a while.
