One and a half Pawns.

Edit: Some compelling arguments were made. Vagabond now costs $4.

Whoops, I guess I had a little too much fun playing around with the AI-Art generation tools :p
I donīt expect this to get judged, since it is past the submission time. Thought I submit anyways, maybe someone has something to say about it, especially about the wording.

The concept was ready for a long time, just couldnīt decide on a theme and name for the card.

I have play-tested this a little and it doesnīt slow games down as much as one might think.

This wording won't work.  It means

Choose one:  reveal; or gain.

You can choose an option you can't do.  You should write

You may reveal; if you don't, gain.

Copying Torturer the text would be:
Reveal a card from your hand. Each other player either reveals a copy of it from their hand or gains a Curse, their choice. (They may pick an option they can't do.)

Isnīt "their choice" and everything after that implicit?

One of the rare cards to use +1 Card without +1 Action. Attack's nice, but you only get a cantrip Militia if you collide three of these. Uh, good luck.

Picket is extremely weak, even at $2. Its effect on itīs own is worse than a cantrip. For $4 you get what Urchin does better for just $3 without needing the collision. Furthermore, if you want to actually collide any number of them, you will need to wait until you have all of them in hand, which makes them extra stop-cards you need to draw through until then.

I adore Rats! So naturally, I wanted to make an alternative Card to Rats. But how? The card is great already and nothing I could come up with was similar enough to Rats to bear even the slightest resemblance while still being an interesting card. I had already resigned myself to using a different card as a base, when it hit me. Just make whatever other card I come up with center around Rats. And thus, the Rat King was born.
I took City Quarter, another card I enjoy playing with, and modified it to work with Rats, instead of with any generic Action card. Adding a powerful attack that gives out Hexes was required by the theme of the card.

Note: This also removes the Ferry and Plan tokens.

Kintsugi probably features a wrong Coin cost.
They all look pretty weak except for Vitrine which is basically a buffed Island.
Conservator does not work due to TfB like Salvager and Forge. This already occurred when people tried Exile instead of trash.

It might be about right for the first and 4th, but the second stops Knitsgi from earning points, and the third is needed to make up for it considering the cost.
Why won't conservator work? I can see why TfB cannot work with exile (you can get the benefit more) but you cannot get a card back from CoC, unlike the trash in some games.
About Conservator, you do not want to get Green off any mat anyway so it is literally the same as Exile. Trash Province with Salvager, reveal Conservator to put it onto the mat instead, get enough Coins to buy at least buy another Province.
Regarding the TfB, my hope was to make it worthwhile to go for Vitrine or Wunderkammer instead of another province thanks to TfB making that easier, drawing out the game with a larger VP count. For example a game with Animal Fair and Salvager.

Kintsugi anti-synergizing with W was intentional to give the Curio pile some interesting features even in low $ games. I might have the wrong idea about that though. Alternatively it could be worth 1VP per unique card on the mat.

I donīt understand what you meant by wrong coin cost.

The Curios: They come with an Heirloom and a custom mat. The theme of this split pile is to amass an impressive collection of as many different cards as possible.

For Empires: This is a split pile that features returning to your Action phase. Both of those mechanics are featured in the Empires expansion.
