Do you take the debt or not because you trashed it?
I think that it only adds the cards that are exclusive to second edition. It removes all the cards that made dominion a "solved game" where you only needed treasures.This is a good list of added cards; but you're mistaken about the removed cards making Dominion a "solved game"... even in first edition Dominion; it would be extremely rare, even impossible with base set only, for buying only treasures to be the best strategy. It is true that the cards that were removed were generally weak and either not fun to play with or not worth buying most of the time.

In my humble opinion the dominant strategy concerning the order of getting expansions is: all of them, at once, as quickly as you can.

I don't want to be rude but next-expansion questions is literally the most common question both here and on reddit. Is it not possible to check any of those threads before asking in new thread? We had one just the other day.
Yeah, I really prefer designed kingdoms, but there isn't a good source for them online, that dominiondeck site is terrible.
Hyena is the same cost as rats but with the gain function. Shouldn't it be more expensive, or does the trashing keep it the same?

On any Donate board: you want to get at least 1 Possession, then Donate so your deck has nothing in it except Possession and can never pay off the debt. Then your opponent's Possesions are worthless and yours work until your opponent does the same.This sounds almost fun for the person who's doing it at least.
I dislike it because I simply don't understand it, it went through numerous rule changes and is by far the most complicated Dominion card (and I love complex cards).So the people that hate it are the ones that it get's used on?
I guess most folks who dislike it do so because the card allows somebody else to do something with THEIR deck.
