Have you played with it? I suspected the trashing would be necessary so you can't just play and call the same copy every turn.Yeah I played a game or 2 with it. The only thing I know is having it called on Buy is better than Gain, to stop stalling the game as much, though trashing might overcome that.

"Once per turn: If you have no Treasures in play, +1 Action, +1 Buy and return to your Action phase." (Taken from Villa, which does pretty much the same)
"Once per turn: +2 Buys."
"Once per turn: If you have a treasure other than Copper in play: +1 Buy, + 1$"
There's a precedent for Events with setup in Tax.

I like it. Perhaps "...If you do, reveal it and draw a card." That way it keeps your basic idea intact, but adds accountability.

If you compare it to normal dominion cards, the cost numbers are a little thicker, bolder. Is it possible to tweek that a little?I emailed him nicer templates, and all the Cost and Coin icons he could need (+/
.) He should update it sometime soon, but it's a lot of work I belive so be patient

This is very sad day indeed. I wish you the best Asper. I still consider you to be one of the best designers of fan cards, because you valued balance over flashiness (which is why I love Dominion, and judge practically every other game against it. Dominion has ruined me for games). Anyways, I hope that you still come back to visit despite your last post. It will be nice to see you around.

Horrible cards?!?! Haven happens to be one of my favorite cards, pearl diver isn't great, but has a unique quirkiness to it, island is a very interesting twist on trashing, lookout is a super speedy trasher that you have to be very careful with. Don't know what you mean.

I don't understand how Petitioner is not supremely overpowered as is. Shouldn't it at least cost 6? Discarding victory cards does not seem like that big of a drawback.

Hmm, looking at Mad scientist, I like the concept, but not a big fan of the name or art for the card. I know you're reusing the old one. I think I would prefer it if it was renamed (I don't know--Deranged Serf or something and made with new art. The mad scientist art doesn't feel like it fits either medieval or roman theme very well. Oh and by the way, I think your art pics are great, I hope you don't feel I was being too critical. I find your art choices to be excellent, Reimburse and Contest are great examples of amazing art redoes.

Thanks! The cards look great! If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, it will be easier to keep track of the different sets if you put all the cards from one set in one post, label it as the redone set, and then edit it if you need to change anything, that way we can keep track of which set is which. Thanks

I agree with Tristan's thoughts about Arsenal. I think 2 is a fine cost for it. I'm not sure what I think about your changes to Contest. I think I might like the old version better.

I'm starting with the Mini-Set as you may have seen, and when that is done I'll redo Adversity and then Ben's Cards. They will all have TS templates.
