its because its a Colony game and I'm just not at that skill level to handle itYou know, there's one excellent way to fix that..
Buggz and I finished a 7-game thriller with the last match being decided by 1 point. I ended up winning, but it was a very competitive series. Council room logs will be posted tomorrow. Thanks for the matches Buggz. Here we go. Good job on getting councilroom back up and running, guided.
Ending condition modified for 4 empty piles instead of 3.Which is exactly why City has "two or more" empty supply piles in its description. That had a friend of mine confused for a long time.
One point he keeps coming back to is that in order to get better you have to lose a lot, because you're playing against more skilled opponents. In poker there's a story about the 6th best stud player in the world. His problem was that he was consistently playing against the other five.
1. Games with Colony and Platinum. I'm still working the math of Gold and Provinces.Potions: See if there are trash-for-benefit cards out, especially apprentice, salvager, remodel or mine, because those can turn your potions into gold, coin, draws or other really useful cards after you've gotten your golems, familiars, whatever. Try limiting yourself to get back into increasing general deck value early rather than late (it's hard). Drawers help, you need to shuffle faster than your opponent.
2. Potion cards. Sloooooooooooooooow. I know they are powerful and some are too good to ignore, but I hate getting the potion balance right.
FiefdomYou mean in hand? Considering that Harem, Nobles and Great Hall are the only playable victory cards (Island removes itself from play immediately).
Treasure-Victory 3
Worth $1 for every victory card in play.

This is one of my favorite cards. I don't think it's too overpowering to chain with itself, but I suppose with chapel and lab it MIGHT be a bit much. But usually it'll be copper+estate or $1.5 + Estate, which is really quite reasonable.
Is this like what you have: http://www.coolstuffinc.com/main_supplies.php?fpid=Acc-BCWCS3200ct?Box: $4
Yeah, but for a main and solid principle that might be a little bit to unsolid...I disagree. When playing live those cards never even reach the trash pile. I believe that was Donalds intended way of playing it, but the current way of describing it was the least ambiguous.
