Dominion Isotropic / A frivolous Council Room feature request

Average turn length per player? (Calculated as either action cards played per turn or # of lines of text in the game log per turn.)

I ask this because my (very unscientific) impression from perusing game logs is that I play relatively brief turns. My opponents just have much more elaborate engines than I do -- not that this is good or bad, just distinctly there.

Well, according to Council Room you beat me pretty handily Friday (in a game I don't remember, which is perhaps a sign of playing too much).

I think human nature is to play a lot when we're playing badly but only a little bit when we play well, in both cases because of a desire to end on a good note. Sometimes that good note just doesn't come, because of variance. So train yourself to give yourself a short leash when things go badly but indulge yourself more when you're "on"? Easier said than done, I know from experience.

Conversely, my last Chapel game I got Ch/E/E/E/C on Turn 3.  (Once every 99 times the sun will shine especially brightly...)

Is there board on which the NV-Bridge combo is bad?

I just played a game where that strategy almost ran out of time against Workshop-Gardens.

(I'm embarrassed to admit that both of the previous two times I played a Native Village-Bridge game, opponent fully exploited it before I had any idea what was going on. First time is one thing, but the second was inexcusable.)

(Longtime reader, first-time poster here.)
