What happened to your stream today. The recording stops in the middle of a game and there is no continuation video, which is a shame. Did you have connection troubles?

Thank you, e. Well the spelling might indeed be the problem, why I couldnt find it.

I once had a piece of software where you were forced to write "read and accepted" the first time you start the programme and I received an email from a woman that asked for help, because she couldnt get the software to start. In her email she wrote: "Every time I type 'read and acepted' I get an error message...". I pointed out that if she types it the way she wrote it in the email, it will not work, because of the missing "c". Well that was exactly the problem. Haha.

This is excellent! And it is great that each user did it on his own, so there are no responsibility problems. Although I still dont know why I have to do so many clicks for the promos. Doesnt make sense to me.

By the way, I have some really misbehaving brothers that often go for green instead of what I watch the good players do, building engines and emptying piles. I would really like to know how to react to such a kind of thing.

I mean, I just watched the embassador game from the stream and I played it against the "Banker bot" and he won 46 to 35. So: when and how do you best switch to greening with the kind of deck you had (consisting merely of bazaars, bridges and 2 ambassadors) and the other player going for money? I am a little lost.

Deck: trade route, bridge, bazaar, market, expand, secret chamber, ambassador, fortune teller, scheme, swindler

I enjoyed the first lesson immensely and learned a lot of basic stuff (have a goal for your deck, get only the cards that you need to have...), since I mostly do analyse the deck correctly, but dont know how to build it to that point that it greens fast and efficient. Thank you, SCSN and jerni.

P.S. Very good teaching, SCSN. If ever jerni has no time I would be pleased to fill in

I can't promise it will work out, but the tentative plan is for me and Mic Qsenoch to deliver live commentary directly into Andrew's stream. I've asked Mic because he is the top player whose taste and  approach to the game seem most different from my own, which should make for more interesting comments.

Man, this is the new definition of awesome.


P.S. Are you going to play more design kingdoms? These are so satisfying to watch, that I even dont care if the players take a lot of time to think.

I do love your stream, but there still is some technical problem. On the "Past Broadcasts" page there are many short clips from your single broadcasts and even the long 1:58:12 video has already two dropouts in the first Goons game where the video suddenly jumps ahead and something is missing:

One the one hand, the double lag (recording, then recording of commentary) could be annoying; on the other, if they play slowly, we won't notice the lag much at all.

Technical there is no double lag, because we would watch the screen recording from SCSN totally in sync with his own audio. He just records the stream from AI. Its like stream hijacking.

I won't be at home until Sunday night, so if the continuation is then I might be willing to do this if there's enough interest (let me know in some way if you're interested), though it would be quite the challenge to comment on Andrew's thought process during his elongated ponderings; I'm completely clueless about what's going on!

I would be interested indeed and appreciate your (amazingly fast) insights and estimations.

I can understand that it could be a challenge, though there is no real need to say something if you dont feel to, people would watch the stream also in silence. As I understand this it is only a generous supplement to the pure video stream.

Another interesting format (maybe also for other occasions) would be to make a skype call with a second forum member so two moderators could discuss what happens and would contribute different ideas.

This is so exciting, especially all the new possible ideas.

That would be awesome. I will watch this for sure. Especially if you both comment, but also if you do it alone.

I tried to talk SCSN into doing a life commentary yesterday (with a second stream on top of yours), but we all came up with the idea only shortly before the match, which made the encouragement be somewhat ambushy

I have never bought more from a black market than here. All the cards came so good together. Cities for actions (and draw) and then so many action money cards: Mandarin to put a card back on top, Mystic to draw it back, Grand market, Merchant ship, ... Everything wonderful with the plentyful actions from cities. In addition a single knight for me to keep my opponent down and a single rats to get rid of the coppers. Amazing game:

I couldnt figure out how to save the JS log. So all I could do make a screen shot.

- Chat is not working (all blank, text entered disappears)
- Counter is from the previous game

I dont know if that has already been reported, but the salvager often hangs (well I am using Chrome heavily with 30 tabs or so).

First the point counter hangs showing the final result from a game where it stopped working. Next step is that the chat isn't working any more and the old Goko-Chat starts showing up instead (chat window on the right is blank then).

I guess this "error report" is not much of a help. But I have the workaround that I close Chrome and start it again (closing the tab doesnt do it).

P.S. Thank you for this wonderful Salvager. It improves fun so much.
