If you stream it is important to set your streaming options to "Archive the stream". There is a demand for watching a stream later especially for people that do not live in the same time zone as the streamer.

I personally don't understand the point of vetos.

I do like variety, but there are some games/slogs that are really slow and painful to play. However I very much enjoy the solution AI has found with his "formula for modified card frequencies". It produces more fun games and I would love to see this idea implemented in pro games.

Maybe it is a good idea to merge the two ideas together and make "veto" modify card frequencies. Join the frequency from all players participating.

P.S. Also "same starting hands" I do long for.

I've added AI's "Formula for modified card frequencies" to the kingdom generator and submitted a pull request.

This is wonderful, because I really like the formula. However Salvager seems to forget the formula. I have to reenter it and this is complicated.

I would appreciate if there could be a shortcut (like "All"). Maybe "AIF" (for "AIs formula") or something similar that instantly uses the up-to-date formula.

You shouldn't play 4p

This is well stated (but sometimes I have to, you know, family)

Otherwise, mainly big money with the usual good cards thrown in.

Hello,

man, how do you play 4 player Dominion? The game ends so fast that you have to be extremely cautious of not overbuilding. Some slower cards of Dominion (Golem) are mostly unusable and trashing isn't that good if it takes too long. Are there any articles about this? I couldn't find any. Are there some general rules other than that the pace is accelerated?

I think Salvager already found a near to perfect implementation for the point tracker. Whenever some additional tracking capabilities will be included, they most likely will be implemented the same way, so that every player can choose freely to disable them:

I immensely enjoyed your last teaching video. All the tactics sounds so clear, when you explain them to jerni. That is wonderful. However I found that you were overloaded on some games watching both your deck and jernis. Maybe it is better to play big money yourself and focus on a win for jerni, telling him the best strategical play. How ever you are going to continue this I am sure it will be wonderful.

I am not suggesting anything. I simply think the only weakness of Dominion is that games can take a very long time and the main advantage I see in Salvager is to help players speed up the game.

How do you know nobody has done this yet? Coded his own tracking extension even with additional features of displaying what cards are left in the draw pile and showing the exact percentage for each card type to be drawn by Wishing well if you play it...

I am quite lazy. What I would love to see is a tracking display that shows my current deck size and my cards even during the game, like this screenshot from the gamelog:



 

P.S. Some other feedback: The "end actions" button from the beta version is quite far away from the play area, but I don't have a better solution up to now. ("End turn" is fine where it is.)

Question/comment/quandary/thing:
I am simply beginning to suspect that since watching games live is now in fashion, most viewers simply don't take the time to watch recordings unless they are huge deals like the GokoDom finals, and I don't want to invest time on something of little interest to anyone.  I could be swayed either way, though.  Let me know if you have a strong opinion one way or another.

I try to watch all games from my favorite broadcasters (which you are one of). If I miss live stream, I make sure to watch the recording. Sadly no one seems to notice that on twitch: I cannot like or post something nice after watching it. So I am happy to express it here. Thanks for the opportunity/question.

Prince and duration cards. I set aside a Haven and it worked for one turn. Then it stopped and the prince did nothing ever again.

Is this a bug or is prince not supposed to work with duration cards. Thanks.
