i had a 5/2 opening on a Chapel Rebuild kingdom
unfortunaly Rebuild was the only 5$ card so i opened both. my plan was to trash out the coppers gain estates with a armory and rebuild them fast.

unfortunaly that didnt work out i drew my victory cards with the rebuild and couldnt rebuild anything my opponent emptied the duhys and i was stuck at 3 Provinces with no chance of buying anything.

shit happens  ;)

And another card that cares about the trash but with this you can even controle the trash and the supply to get higher benefits then your opponent.

The effect of my other card "Lord" on this one where it shouldnt be overpowerd as its a card you dont want to have that often in your deck.
for a megaturn i wanted it to have the chance of beeing nonterminal but with a penalty so you have to discard one of your actionscards (which are usually good cards) you would have drawn otherwise.

I think it a interesting Card and a bit like Mining Village. It has a antiself synergy if you want to keep it and a self Synergy if you trash it. So it can be a megaturn enabler.

how do you think about it?

is it even possible to get enough shields for one promo by just playing through the 3 base adventures?

Not that i dont have the other sets but want to know that for a friend.

Action - Attack

You give away something for a little money or may gain something for a little price.
And then there is the attack which is a little stronger than a cutpurse.
A cutpurse that can also give out copper if it doesnt hit.

I just saw people like Watno, Loppo, JSH357,ftl and rabid have their forum avatars as icons. How did you do that?

This is by far not a gamechanging combo but can in fact be game deciding.

If you trash a hunting grounds in the endgame by buying a farmland you gain a province and a duchy.
This nets you 2VP+3VP+6VP = 11VP as much as a colony.
In a province game with no plus buy or if you drew a hunting grounds dead this can be a game deciding move.

We really like the Harem so I think about a cheaper card with half the harem benefits for 3$ that you could even get through ironworks (would be a nice combo)

I have no Idea of a name... maybe you can help me.

Dominion General Discussion / Happy Easter - with an Easter Kingdom

i wish everyone a Happy Easter.

As someone did a Christmas kingdom I tried to construct one for Easter.

Crossroad; Loan; Swindler; Militia; Gardens; Ill-Gotten-gains; Graverobber; Governor; Rabble; Torturer

Jesus was at the Garden when the Militia arrested him, because he was sold out by Judas, who got an ill-Gotten-Gains as Loan.
They accused him to be a Swindler and brought him to the Governor Pontius Pilate . He let the Rabble decide wheather let him go or crucify him.
Jesus went along his Crossroad to become crucified by the Torturer. But after 3 Days the Grave was Empty... was there a Graverobber?



As always dont judge me for my english but if you have corrections I gladly take them.

I got the Idea when I red the article about durations that miss reshuffles so i wanted to desing a duration card that you want to miss the reshuffle.
It can trash you 2 coppers for the cost of having a card that gives you 1 copper in your next turn at the cost of 1 card in this turn. defenitly not a strong action so you want it to miss the reshuffle. But trashing 2 coppers is great. =)

you can use a good card twice a shuffle with it but then it will maybe miss the reshuffle so the effect is minor.
you also can put a card you just gained into your deck i think there will be a few nice combos with it but non weems to be to strong.
and at least it is a handsize reducer for watchtower etc. or a tunnel enabler (it can put the gold you gaind directly in you deck)

how do you like it?

I like the minion effect and this is pretty similar and mostly a bit stronger. therefor it doesnt attack and you cannot choose +2$ so it is not self supporting with virtual money. On the otherhand you can set a gold or any strong action into the next hand. so it even works with powerful tressure cards (platin/Gold)

Do you think this is balanced?

i like that you cant draw 2 dead actions if you discard one of them.
First it was +1 Card for discarding a victoy card but that was to strong because discarding a victory card doesnt hurt as much.

If my swindler turns up a Card like Spoils/Madman/Price ... with the costs of 0*

It will trash it but does it replace the card with a curse / Copper ?
