I would really like to think that as a community we have learned that we would rather have a quality version of Dominion and have to wait for it, than have something that was rushed and isn't good or cared enough about.
I believe we're in good hands here. Maybe it will take a while, but please don't let that make you think they don't care. It's because they care that it's taking a while.

I would love to watch a game of adventures being played and I'm sure many others would too. Quality honestly doesn't matter to me thatmuch. As I understand the definition, to constitute a combo your entire strategy should revolve around just those cards.I guess I didn't consider what a combo truly meant. There is for sure going to need to be some supporting cards for bank+storyteller to be really good
So Native Village/Bridge or Beggar/Gardens are combos because you don't need to buy any other cards to win.
So, if Storyteller/Bank can be called a Combo (rather than a synergy) it needs to work without any other support (apart from maybe basic treasures).
I can see two problems.
First, if you have too high a treasure to Storyteller ratio, it's not going to fire every turn.
Especially a problem as you start to green.
Second, you need a source of +buy.
Getting your Banks up to $5+ is going to be pretty frustrating if you're spending $20 a turn just to buy Provinces.

You are spot on my friend with the 1812 overture as a KC KC/ Bridge Bridge Bridge engine. I imagine the cannon firing at the end as you pile drive all the provinces. And the rest of the song as each piece of the engine is being put together. that might be the best song representation yet.I feel like Bolero belongs in more of an engine game. A slow crescendo followed by a gigantic finale.
Slow growth and one pattern repeated until the end, sounds like BM to me.
Except that the most interesting part of the piece is the end portion, where the two main themes get distorted, everything shifts to a different key, there are huge glissandi, and a fast descending scale to end the piece. Like the sudden change from buying engine pieces to finally hitting KC-KC-Bridge x3, then piledriving the Provinces.
To each their own, of course, and clearly you know more about music than I do. But when I think engine-building into KC-KC-Bridge*3, it's not Bolero de Ravel that comes to mind, it's this:

If you promote, you would go to a C division. Which D ir C division you are in and who with depends only on the timezones of you and your opponents. Correct me if I am missing something, stef.
