Hi Guys,

We are having some issues that we are working on IE 9. It should be working on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Also, we know there are some questions about payments. We are taking real money now, but we have reduced the prices of the expansions quite extensively. We hope that you enjoy playing with as many expansions as you want, but the base set is completely free. :-)

Hi Everyone,

As you can see, we're finally going into Open Beta. We flipped the switch on this morning and are working on issues as they pop up.

We'll be issuing updates today to fix problems we're aware people are experiencing in IE9 and signing on to our Customer Service at GetSatisfaction. In the interim, if you'd like to report bugs you can email me at help@goko.com with the details of your problem.

As a quick side note, if you were a beta tester and find yourself having issues please clear your cookies and cache and then see if you're still having a problem.

Over the next couple of days we'll still be ironing some things out so we will take the site down for maintenance. We'll post to this thread with updates as we have them.

I will post the video, and then do my best to get a transcript as soon as possible. 

Anyone know a good way to make a quick transcript other than typing everything out? I can research this, but sometimes it's better to just ask.   

And yes, I will be using the "On Air" function. It looks like I won't be able to post the link until I start the hangout. So I will post the link here a few minutes before we start on Thursday. And sorry about that guys, it should be PDT. (changed)

Hi Guys!

This is Trisha over at Goko. I'm going to be doing a live Q&A session Thursday, August 23 at 3pm Pacific Time. Remember that's Pacific Time for all you non-pacific time people. :-)

Secondly, I'm going to try to do is via GoogleHangouts. Since I haven't used Google Hangouts before, I'm working on getting it setup and making sure it works right now. If we have technical difficulties, I'll set something up and do it via text, but that's only a backup plan.

I'm going to start by answering the questions from everyone that greatexpectations brought together. Like to give a little shout out to that awesome help. Thank you, greatexpectations! :-)

After that, I'll take a few more questions. The questions right now are being shared internally and will be answered by the experts. Though I understand programming and what we are doing, I'm not a programmer, so I will do my best to explain things in my layman terms. If I can't answer a question during the meeting, I'll ask you to email me the question and I'll make sure an answer is received by those who can in more technical terms than myself and I'll post any further answers or questions on the forums as time permits.

As soon as I have this hangouts thing figured out. I'll post a link and get you more information on how to get there.
